Registration
We are excited to welcome you to Delft, The Netherlands for the IEEE World Haptics Conference, where we aim to provide the best in-person experience. This event will give you the opportunity to meet and network with fellow scientists, enjoy demos, and explore the charming city of Delft. We have also arranged a delightful welcome reception at the Botanic Garden and a Banquet at Lijm & Cultuur.
It is worth noting that all presentations will take place in person, and we require at least one of the authors to be present at the conference.
We understand that attending in person may not be feasible for everyone due to various constraints such as health, time, or travel restrictions. To accommodate this, we are offering virtual attendance through an online platform. This will allow you to watch presentations via live streaming, participate in Q&A sessions, and browse through posters.
We regret to inform you that we have decided to cancel the online attendance option due to an extremely low number of registrations. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Registration Platform

Registration Policy
Author Registration: For each contribution at the conference (Technical Paper, IEEE Transactions on Haptics Short Paper, Demo, WIP, ToH Poster) at least one person must be registered for in-person attendance of the whole conference. A single registration may be used to support several contributions.
Workshops: Workshops are complimentary for all in-person registration types and are only accessible to registered in-person participants.
In-person attendance: Every participant, in-person or virtual, will have access to the online platform to interact with the online content, even before and after the event.
On site registration: The registration to the conference has to be done through the platform and no on-site registration will be possible.
Cancellation policy: If a participant requests cancellation, the following refund policy applies
- Before or on May 31: 70% of payment refund.
- Between June 1 and June 25: 35% of payment refund.
- After June 25: no refund.
Cancellation requests must be made formally via email to registration@worldhaptics.org
In the event that the conference is canceled due to force majeure or situations beyond the organizers’ control, the amount of refund, if applicable, will depend on the expenses and financial commitments incurred by the conference as of the cancellation date.
